In the thesis the following design themes were analyzed and then implemented:

Auditorium for 2,500 people with a main hall of 2,800 m², average height of 22 m. External cladding in pre-patinated copper.

Congress Center for 25,000 people with external cladding made of "Tecu Zinn" type copper toga panels, with concrete beams of 40.00 m span designed and tested in detail.

Hotel with three towers 270 m high, which develops over 68 floors with 200 rooms with adjoining restaurant, offices and exhibition areas. The fire regulations used were the American ones to allow for a full-height hall.

Parking on 3 underground levels with a total capacity of 1,500 parking spaces for cars and 15 parking spaces for buses. On the third underground level, loading and unloading areas have been provided in the temporary storage rooms.

Study of the air conditioning system of the auditorium with the calculation of summer losses.
